Author, No Greater Threat: America After September 11 and the Rise of a National Security State (Algora Publishing 2002, second edition 2005). The second part of the book explores the author’s 12 characteristics of a national security state by, for example, looking at selected legal cases, congressional action, international developments, and current trends.
